Joshua G. Ramsay, DO,MBA

About

Joshua Ramsay grew up in Michigan, Tennessee, and Florida. He has close family ties to Utah, however. His mother is from Cache Valley and his wife is from Brigham City. Since having his first daughter at Brigham City Community Hospital, Joshua felt a strong pull to return to Utah.

Dr. Ramsay received his undergraduate education from Weber State University and Brigham Young University Idaho. While receiving his Doctorate at Lincoln Memorial University, Dr. Ramsay also earned an MBA from the same school. During medical school, he was initially interested in OB/GYN, but changed course after his Oncology/Hematology clinical rotations. There, he developed a strong desire to work with cancer patients and devote his career to helping them during one of the most stressful events a person can go through. Dr. Ramsay completed his Internal Medicine residency at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Michigan and his fellowship training from Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami. He's grateful every day to take care of cancer patients, calling it a special honor.

Dr. Ramsay joined Ogden Clinic's Cancer Center in 2023. He now works with the team at Utah Hematology | Oncology caring for all types of organ and blood cancers. His clinical interests include:
