Justin Haslam, FNP-C

About

Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Justin Haslam earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Utah State University before returning to Ogden to receive his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Weber State University. He then went on to receive his Masters in Nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner from Westminster College.

Justin is focused on helping patients to succeed by assisting them through education, which he feels is key to setting them up for success. Through Justin's active outdoor lifestyle, he is interested in sports medicine and helping others to continue to be active throughout their lifetime. Justin has also found great interest in treating and managing allergies and asthma in patients.

Justin and his wife live in Ogden at the base of the Wasatch Mountains with their three children and two cats. He enjoys trail running, mountain biking, rock climbing, and camping with his family. Justin likes to spend as much time as he can exploring the mountains and preparing for the 100-mile trail ultramarathons he participates in yearly.
