About
A native of northern Utah, Jan Davis worked in surgery for 30 years before transitioning to Hematology and Cancer Care. She loves caring for her patients on their journey from diagnosis to treatment, as well as long term follow-up which Jan says feels like acquiring a family member. She occasionally has the privilege of being there for her patients’ surgical interventions which Jan also cherishes.
Jan is active in the LDS church and has been involved in Cancer Survivor celebrations as a keynote speaker on several occasions. She has done multiple humanitarian trips to Africa and Mongolia teaching medical providers and providing care to patients across the globe.
When she is not providing cancer care, Jan loves to travel the world, even travelling as far as Antarctica. She enjoys preserving and sharing her family history and sharpening her photography skills. Jan is married with five beloved children and 15 grandkids.
