About
Eric Liedtke grew up in southeast Idaho and worked for the Salmon-Challis Ranger District while at Idaho State University. From there, he moved to Erie, Pennsylvania, for medical school, Lehigh Valley for his surgical residency, and then to Lemoore, California, for active duty at the Navy’s West Coast Master Jet Base. After transitioning to civilian life, he and his family settled in Wenatchee, Washington, where he practiced for six years before joining Ogden Clinic.
Dr. Liedtke enjoys all types of surgery including general, elective, trauma, and acute surgery. He performs open, laparoscopic, robotic, colon, breast, melanoma, hernia (inguinal, incisional, umbilical, and hiatal), sarcoma, and endoscopy surgeries, among others. He also volunteers teaching a version of “Stop the Bleed” to police and first responders. Dr. Liedtke is credentialed at major hospitals in the area and practices in surgical centers as well.
Outside of general surgery, a few of Dr. Liedtke’s interests are skiing, running, hiking, camping and anything that gets him lost in the wilderness.
