About
Kurtis Woolf was born in Arizona and raised near Hill Air Force Base. He spent most of his young adult life in Mesa, Arizona, and moved back to Ogden for his residency at McKay-Dee Hospital in 1999. He stayed in the area to work at the Intermountain Herefordshire Clinic from 2002-2019.
Dr. Woolf practices the full spectrum outpatient family medicine, from pediatrics to adult medicine. His special interests include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and preventative medicine. He has extensive experience in urgent care medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, and joint injections. Dr. Woolf enjoys getting to know his patients and their families and helping them decide what treatments would be best for them.
In his free time, Dr. Woolf loves spending time with his family. He also likes bird watching, mountain biking, hiking, reading, playing the guitar, and singing. Dr. Woolf has been active in Scouting and volunteering at the Ogden Rescue Mission Seager Memorial Clinic. Dr. Woolf is fluent in Spanish.
