Darin Winn, MD

About

Darin Winn is originally from Brigham City, Utah. After graduating from Box Elder High School, he studied chemistry at the University of Utah where he met his wife, Sara. He then attended the University of Utah School of Medicine before going to Indiana to complete his Family Medicine residency.

During residency, Dr. Winn was often found working after hours in the hospital’s ER where he managed all of the lacerations and musculoskeletal injuries. He also worked at a rural ER where he took care of a wide variety of medical emergencies. Now in his practice, Dr. Winn continues to enjoy taking care of acute illnesses and injuries.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Winn focuses on getting to know each of his patients individually and empowering them to reach their full health potential. He works to understand each patient as a whole person, not as just a list of illnesses. He takes care of patients of all ages and treats a broad spectrum of medical conditions.

In addition to spending time with his wife and five children, Dr. Winn enjoys playing pickleball, fishing and camping in the Uinta Mountains, playing the guitar, and serving others at church and in the community.
